Is G2G Legit and Safe? The BoostersReviews Ratings for 2026

3.9(56.7K)
13 games Marketplace From $10 / division

Upsides and Downsides

For

  • Thirteen titles under one account, from Valorant and CS2 through to Deadlock and GTA 6, which is broader than most dedicated shops can staff properly.
  • Sellers accepted our jobs in 29 minutes on average across four paid orders, quick for a model where a human being has to decide your listing is worth taking.
  • Division pricing opens at $10 on Wild Rift and only reaches $14 at the top of the roster, so the cheap end genuinely is cheap.
  • Money moves through the platform rather than hand to hand, the standard structure for marketplaces this size and the one protection a private seller deal never offers.
  • Navigation and messaging hold up under use: our five-star review from July 8 credits clear seller comms and a checkout that did not fight back.

Against

  • One of the four orders we placed finished late; on-time delivery here is a likelihood rather than a promise, and the score reflects that.
  • 23% of the 56,664 Trustpilot ratings are one star, and that pile is where the marketplace's real character shows. A 3.9 average smooths it over.
  • Nothing platform-wide covers rank holds or redos. You inherit whatever the individual seller wrote into their listing, and those terms vary wildly from board to board.
  • Refund outcomes rest on a dispute queue rather than a clause with teeth: our one-star reviewer paid in full and ended up with neither the service nor the money.

G2G Quick Facts

Ways to payPayPal and card at the front, with regional wallets and crypto surfacing depending on where you are buying from. Funds route through G2G rather than to the seller directly.
Account safetyHandover is between you and whoever took the job, so the hygiene is on you: ask for an appear-offline session, keep 2FA on a device that stays in your pocket, and put a disposable password in place for the duration.
Rank protectionNo platform-wide rank-hold or redo clause is published. What you get is the seller's own listing terms plus G2G's dispute process, and our quote set shows that process can land against the buyer.
Starting priceFrom $10 per division on Wild Rift; $11 for League, TFT, Fortnite and Marvel Rivals, $12 across most of the roster, $13 on FACEIT and $14 on GTA 6.
Where to askSeller chat sits inside each order for anything about the boost itself; platform tickets handle money and disputes. Which door you need decides how fast an answer arrives.

How Safe Is G2G?

Buying through a marketplace shifts the safety question sideways. You are not weighing one company's operating hygiene, you are weighing whoever accepted your listing that afternoon. G2G runs identity checks and payment plumbing at scale, and the money side of our four orders was uneventful across the board. What a platform cannot do is vouch for a stranger's habits once they are signed into your account.

So handle the practical side yourself. Ask for an appear-offline session before the seller logs in, run 2FA from a device that never leaves you, and set a throwaway password on the way in so the one you actually use never touches the order. Riot, Valve and everyone else still act on account sharing when they spot it, which means the honest framing is that this risk is small but real, and a marketplace spreads it across more pairs of hands than a single shop does.

One detail worth pulling out of the ratings: the one-star pile on Trustpilot is overwhelmingly about goods that never arrived and refunds that were declined, not about wrecked accounts. That matches the complaint in our own quote set, where a paid-for subscription stopped working and the seller went quiet for a month. Judge G2G on delivery risk first and account risk second.

How Long Orders Take

Three of the four orders in this audit finished on the schedule we agreed. The fourth ran over. The overshoot was not dramatic, but it would have mattered to anyone who had queued the boost around a placement run or a weekend.

Acceptance averaged 29 minutes, respectable for a marketplace where nothing starts until a seller decides your job is worth their evening. What happens after acceptance is far less predictable: a single low-rank division can be done between dinner and bed, while anything near the top of a ladder waits behind the small number of sellers who can actually play at that level.

For context, our network pool now stands at 240 paid orders across every service we track, audited to June 10, 2026. G2G's slice of that sits mid-table on timing: quicker than most storefronts of comparable size, well behind the fastest dedicated services we have clocked.

Getting Help

Help arrives through two doors and they run at different speeds. Anything about the boost itself goes to the seller in the order chat, where the response window depends entirely on one person's timezone and mood. Anything about money goes to the platform as a ticket with evidence attached. Our one-star review from July 11 shows what the second door looks like when it goes badly: a month of ignored messages, then a refusal to refund or replace. On balance the day-to-day support is fine and the arbitration is the part to understand before you spend anything large here.

Cost of a Boost

Ten dollars per division on Wild Rift is the floor across the 13 titles G2G lists. Marvel Rivals, TFT, Fortnite and League start at $11, the $12 band takes in Valorant, CS2, Apex Legends, Overwatch, Dota 2 and Deadlock, FACEIT asks $13, and GTA 6 tops the sheet at $14. Those are opening numbers from whichever seller is undercutting the board that day, so they drift week to week in a way a fixed price list never does. Read the listing itself; the category page rounds everything down.

Cheap carries its own curve. The lowest offer on any board usually belongs to the seller with the least feedback to protect, which is the bargain-bin trade-off in a single sentence. Paying a dollar or two above the floor for someone with a visible history is the most reliable spend on the entire page, and it still leaves G2G undercutting most dedicated services on the same rank gap.

How an Order Runs

  1. Pick the game, then read the listing rather than the price tag. Every seller sets their own delivery estimate, rank range and feedback record, and those three lines differ far more between listings than the headline number does.
  2. Configure the rank range and any extras in the order form, then pay through the platform. Money stays with G2G until the order is marked delivered, which is how storefronts of this scale normally structure things and the reason paying a seller off-platform is a bad idea.
  3. Handover comes next. The seller accepts the job (29 minutes was our average across four paid orders), and you agree between you how the login is passed across and what hours they will be on the account.
  4. Confirm and close. Check the rank, scan the match history for anything you did not ask for, then release the order and leave feedback while the detail is fresh. That feedback score is the only thing standing between the next buyer and a bad listing.

What Buyers Report

Two Trustpilot reviews from July 2026, one from each end of that 3.9 average.

Very disappointed with G2G. Order #1778156223573NML6. I paid for a 1-year YouTube Premium subscription, but it stopped working. The seller has ignored my messages for over a month, and G2G refused to refund or replace it. I paid for a service I didn’t receive.

Questions About G2G

Is buying a boost on G2G safe for my account?

Safer on the money side than on the account side. Payment ran clean on all four orders in this audit, and funds sit with the platform until delivery is confirmed. Account risk is the one every boosting purchase carries: somebody else signs in, and Riot or Valve can act on that when they notice. Ask for an offline session, keep 2FA on your own phone, and treat the password as disposable for the length of the job.

How long did the test orders take?

29 minutes was the average wait before a seller took the job, measured over four paid orders. Three of those closed on the agreed schedule and one ran past it. Delivery time after acceptance scales with the rank gap and with how many sellers are genuinely qualified for your bracket, which is why high-elo boards crawl compared with the low end.

Which game is cheapest to buy on G2G?

Wild Rift, at $10 per division. Marvel Rivals, TFT, Fortnite and League open at $11, most of the roster including Valorant, CS2, Apex Legends, Overwatch, Dota 2 and Deadlock sits at $12, FACEIT is $13, and GTA 6 is the priciest at $14. Treat all of those as floors set by whoever is undercutting today, not as quotes.

What happens if a seller stops replying mid-order?

You open a dispute and the platform rules on it. That is the honest answer and also the soft spot: the one-star review we pulled from July 11 describes a month of silence followed by a declined refund on an order paid in full. Keep every message inside the platform chat, because arbitration can only weigh what it is able to read.

How many games does G2G actually cover?

Thirteen on the boards we track, running from Valorant, CS2 and League across to Deadlock, FACEIT and GTA 6. Breadth is the marketplace's structural advantage: a single-service shop rarely staffs more than five or six titles well, whereas here the catalogue is simply whatever sellers have turned up for.

Marketplace or a dedicated boosting service, which should I pick?

It comes down to how much the order matters to you. A marketplace wins on breadth and on floor price, and $10 per division is hard to argue with. A dedicated service wins on accountability, because one company owns the result instead of arbitrating between you and a stranger. That gap is why Eloboss finishes top-rated under our methodology at 98 against G2G's 84 - fixed weights, no seller lottery behind the listing, win-based entry from $3. G2G still earns its place for cheap divisions where the downside is small.
